  • Account Creation: To access certain features (e.g., fee payments or student data management), Users may need to create an account with accurate and current information to access certain features.

  • Eligibility: Accounts for fee management or student data access are restricted to authorized Users, such as parents, guardians, or designated school staff.
  • Unauthorized Access: Use of another person’s, which includes parent’s or student’s account is strictly prohibited.

4. Fee Management

  • Payment Processing: The Site uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for fees owed.
  • Refunds: Refund policies for fees (e.g., tuition, event fees) are governed by Loreto Convent’s policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through a payment method as deemed by the school administration.
  • Late Payments: Failure to pay fees by due dates may result in penalties as outlined in Loreto Convent policies.
  • Security: We use industry-standard encryption for payment processing but cannot guarantee absolute security. You assume the risk of providing payment information online.

5. Student Data Management

  • Data Collection: We collect and store student data (e.g., names, contact details) solely for educational and administrative purposes, as permitted by applicable laws.
  • Parental Rights: Parents/guardians may access, review, or request corrections to their child’s data by contacting the school authorities via a written application.
  • Data Security: We implement reasonable safeguards to protect student data but cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorized access.
  • Consent: By using the Site, parents/guardians’ consent to the collection and use of student data as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • School Content: All content on the Site (e.g., logos, text, images & design) is owned by Loreto Convent or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
  • User Content: Any content you submit (e.g., feedback, photos) grants Loreto Convent, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or store it for school purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
